Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Infinite Reconnect, LLC ("Infinite Reconnect", "we", "us") collects when you use infinitereconnect.com, why, and what your choices are. It is written to be read, not skimmed past. If anything is unclear, ask through the contact form.

1. What we collect, and why

We only collect what you type into the site's forms, plus a small amount of technical information needed to keep the forms free of abuse.

• Session requests — your name, email address, phone number, the session and times you chose, and any message you add. Used to review your request, confirm it, send your invoice, and hold your session.
• Contact messages — your name, email address and message. Used to reply to you.
• Shared experiences (testimonials) — your name, email address, your words, and the permission you chose (quote by name, quote anonymously, or for Ana only). Used exactly as that permission allows.
• Abuse prevention — when you submit a form we keep a scrambled, one-way hash of your IP address for a short period, to limit how many submissions one connection can make. The IP address itself is not stored.

There are no user accounts on this site, and no advertising.

2. Cookies and analytics

• This site uses no analytics and no tracking cookies.
• The forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a person rather than a script. Turnstile may set a cookie of its own for that purpose. It is described in Cloudflare's privacy policy.
• One cookie exists solely for Ana's own administration sign-in. It is never set for visitors.

3. Who handles the information

We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it for marketing. It is handled only by the services needed to run the site, each of which processes it on our behalf:

• Cloudflare (USA) — runs the booking and contact system and stores its records.
• Resend (USA) — delivers the emails the site sends: your confirmation, and copies of requests and messages to Ana.
• PayPal — sends and processes your invoice. Your payment details are handled entirely by PayPal under its own privacy policy; this site never sees them.
• Bluehost (USA) — hosts the website pages and keeps ordinary web-server logs.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it. Because these services are in the United States, if you are elsewhere your information is processed in the United States.

4. How long we keep it

• Session records are kept while you are a client, so that your history is available if you return, and are deleted automatically three years after your last session.
• Contact messages and shared experiences are deleted automatically three years after they were sent. Copies in Ana's email are kept for the same period.
• The abuse-prevention hash described above is deleted within two days.
• You may ask for your information to be deleted at any time, and it will be, except where we must keep a record for a legal or accounting reason (for example, a paid invoice).

5. Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or a US state with a privacy law such as California, you have those rights in law, together with the right to object to certain processing and to complain to your local data-protection authority. To exercise any of them, use the contact form; we will respond within 30 days. We will never treat you differently for asking.

6. Children

Sessions for anyone under 18 are arranged only with a parent or legal guardian, whose consent is required under our Terms. We do not knowingly collect information from a child directly. If you believe a child has submitted a form here without a guardian's involvement, tell us through the contact form and we will delete it.

7. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. The booking and contact system runs separately from the web server, and its credentials are never present on the pages you visit. Access to your information is limited to Ana. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we design for the smallest possible exposure.

8. Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published at this address with a new effective date. Changes that affect how your information is used will not apply to information already collected without your agreement.
